WESTFALL TWP – State police have charged a woman who took a wallet left at a checkout counter of the Westfall Township Walmart then used a credit card to make over $1,300 in purchases.  The purchases were made last May at retail stores in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey.

Police say surveillance video helped identify the suspect, Jamie Flood, 37, of Glen Spey NY.  Flood was arrested earlier this month and charged with access device fraud, a felony, and misdemeanor counts of identity theft, receiving stolen property, theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake and theft by deception.
