Man convicted in bar fight heading to prison

MILFORD – Ryan Stewart,  24, of Greentown, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 30 months to 5 years, and ordered to pay a fine of $2,500 for the crimes of Terroristic Threats, and Simple Assault. On August 27, 2011, at the Knotty Pine Bar in Greene Township, Stewart put eight other people in fear of serious bodily injury when he brandished a gun in the bar. Stewart then threatened two other people that he would run them over with his vehicle.

 

Other sentences issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen:

Tracy Crawn,  32, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 1 to 3 years and ordered to pay a fine of $400 for the crime of Theft by Unlawful Taking, and Bad Checks. Between May 27, and May 30, 2011 at the Weis Market on Rt 739 in Dingman Township Crawn did take over $1,000 in cash. In a separate incident on October 1 and October 25, Crawn issued two checks knowing her bank would not honor those checks.

Nicholas Zdral,  28, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of Possession of a Controlled Substance. On April 23, 2011, in Dingman Township, Zdral was found in possession of 70 Percocet pills without a valid prescription.

Robert Scotti,  20, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crime of Criminal Mischief. On September 2, 2011, Scotti damaged the rear quarter panel of another person’s vehicle causing damage.

Colby Williams,  20, of Tafton, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 10 days to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $700 and had his driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence and Purchase and Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. On July 17, 2011, on SR 390 in Palmyra Township, Williams, being under the  of 21 was found to be driving under the influence after he drove his vehicle off the road. His blood alcohol level was .216%.

Richard Beauchesne,  28, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 30 days to 12 months and ordered to pay a fine of $100 for the crime of Retail Theft. On January 13, 2011 at K-Mart in Westfall Township, Beauchesne took an Xbox wireless adapter, digital camera, electronic razor, and two Nintendo Wii remotes without paying the full retail value.

Mamadi Bratcher,  29, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to 12 month of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crimes of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On August 24, 2011 at Airport Park in Matamoras Borough, Bratcher was found in possession of a marihuana pipe.

Deborah Borak,  55, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 48 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $500 and had her driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On July 9, 2011, on SR 209 in Lehman Township, Borak was found to be driving under the influence. Her blood alcohol level was .12%.

Catherine Baker,  43, of Milford, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 1 to 6 months and ordered to pay a fine of $100 for the crime of Simple Assault. On October 9, 2011, in Dingman Township, Bake punched and bit another person causing bodily injury.
