HARRISBURG – The state Public Utility Commission has scheduled a public hearing on a 9.4 percent rate increase requested by Aqua Pennsylvania.  The increase would affect some customers in parts of Monroe, Wayne and Pike counties.

The hearing will be March 8, 7 p.m., at the Kingston Township municipal building, 108 E. Center Street, Shavertown.
