PA armed robbery suspect arrested in NY

Conklin

MATAMORAS – A Saugerties NY man who was arrested last Thursday in Ulster County on New York State Parole violation as well as robbery and weapons possession charges is also wanted in Pike County, Pennsylvania.

The Eastern Pike Regional Police Department said on Monday that Darryl Conklin, 27, is wanted on Pennsylvania charges for robbery, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and reckless endangerment. The charges stem from the armed robbery of a man at the parking lot of the Best Western hotel and the Tri-State Shell gas station in Westfall Township on Friday, February 18.

Conklin is being held in the Ulster County Jail.  Once he faces the New York charges, he will be extradited to Pennsylvania.
