STROUDSBURG – It didn’t take police long to pick up a suspect in the armed robbery of a taxi driver.  Andrew Rumolo, 19, was arrested a short time after the Sunday morning robbery near downtown Stroudsburg.

Rumolo is accused of displaying a shotgun when the cab driver asked him to pay for his ride. 

Police recovered the money and the shotgun.
