TUNKHANNOCK TWP – A man who fled police because he mistakenly thought his driver license had expired received several tickets after fleeing. 

Police observed Gerard Nicholas’ vehicle moving at high speed on Route 115.  They gave pursuit.  The chase ended on Long Pond Road when Nicholas came up behind a school bus.

Nicholas, of Kunkletown, is charged with fleeing, possession of marijuana, theft of property and three traffic violations.
