LACKAWAXEN TWP – A dispute over parking in someone else’s driveway led to the arrest of two women on charges that include harassment, criminal trespass and scattering rubbish. The victims, a couple living on Route 590, initially reported earlier this month that a vehicle entered their driveway, honked the horn and tossed rubbish onto the driveway. That happened at least three times. The suspects returned to the residence on Friday and Saturday. This time, the occupants were able to record the license number. Police traced the license to a residence in Tink Wig. Police found the two suspects, identified as Samantha Russell, 18, and Katherine Elsinger, 21. Police say the two admitted being upset with the victims who had asked them to leave the first time they parked in their driveway. |
