POCONOS – A half a foot of snow is expected in most parts of the Poconos today.  The snow began Friday evening, and is expected to taper off by early afternoon.

As of daybreak, most roads were covered with snow.

PennDOT crews knew this one was coming so have been working to get plows ready and load the salt and sand trucks.
