Fatal crash victim identified
COOLBAUGH TWP – Police say a Tobyhanna man died in a one-vehicle crash Wednesday evening. Richard Luthcke, 25, crashed into a tree on Echo Lake Road.
The accident happened shortly before 7 p.m.
