MILFORD -  The Pike County Commissioners presented a letter of appreciation to Private First Class Alejandro Izquierdo, 2nd BCT 1-73 Calvary, 82nd Airborne Division, US Army, for his service to our country.   Izquierdo recently did a tour of duty in Afghanistan and is home on leave.

He will be going back to Afghanistan for another tour of duty.

Pictured with Private Izquierdo and the Pike County Commissioners is his mother.  He was born in the Bronx and raised in Milford.
