LAKE WALLENPAUPACK – The Fireworks Show over Lake Wallenpaupack has been postponed to Thursday, July 5th based on potentially severe storms on the 4th of July Wednesday.

The display is fired near the shores of Lake Wallenpaupack, next to the Wallenpaupack Area High School, and will begin at approximately 9:15 pm.  Parking will be available in the High School parking lots, and the bleachers will be open to spectators at approximately 7 pm.  Viewing the fireworks will still be available at the dike and by boat from the Lake, as well. 

Donations are still needed for the 2012 display and we urge all area residents to support the fireworks as well. This support adds up and is vital to our fundraising efforts.  If you enjoy the fireworks, we ask you to please do your part and donate as well.  Please make checks payable to the PLR Chamber, and send to:
