Two guilty of Pike County burglaries sentenced to prison |

MILFORD – A woman who burglarized a Dingman Township residence is heading to prison. Danielle Winter, 38, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 1 to 2 years and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Burglary. On August 14, 2010, Winter drove her codefendant to a residence in Dingman Township, in order to commit the crime of burglary. Winter and the codefendant took various items from the residence valued at over $2,000. Also heading to state prison is Mark Heinen, 18, of Dingmans Ferry. He was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 11 months and 48 hours to 29 ½ months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crimes of Burglary and Driving Under the Influence. On September 15, 2011, Heinen entered a residence in Delaware Township, through a garage door, and took U.S. Currency, lottery tickets, assorted jewelry, and alcohol. In a separate incident on October 15, 2011, Heinen, being under the age of 21, was found to be driving under the influence in Delaware Township. His blood alcohol level was .039%.
Other sentences issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen: Robert Costanzo, 42, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 101 to 202 days and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Simple Assault. On December 15, 2011, in Lehman Township, Costanzo choked another person. Anthony Fischetti, 37, of Hauppauge, NJ was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 30 days to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On December 9, 2011, in Blooming Grove Township, Fischetti was found to be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .190%. Matthew Pondi, 30, of Milford, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 90 days to 23 ½ months followed by an additional 12 months of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $1,500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence, Possession of a Small Amount of Marihuana, and Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia. On July 2, 2011, in Westfall Township, at a DUI checkpoint, Pondi was found to be driving under the influence and incapable of safely operating his motor vehicle. Pondi was also found in possession of a small amount of marihuana and a glass marihuana smoking pipe. |
