MOUNT POCONO – Police say five arrests were made for underage drinking and possession of drug paraphernalia last weekend at the Pocono Mountain Volunteer Fire Department carnival. 

Police say they observed a suspicious vehicle parked in a rear lot.  The small sedan contained six occupants.  After approaching, police detected an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.  Alcohol and two items of drug paraphernalia were found.

Five of the vehicle occupants, all under the age of 21, were charged.
