Another storm causes damage, downed trees

POCONOS - Over 6,000 people were reported without electricity due to substantial storms that moved through the region late Thursday afternoon into the evening.  The outages were spread about equally between Monroe and Wayne Counties.  Pike County also experienced a few outages.

Carbon County appeared to take the brunt of the storm, for damage to trees and structures.  Route 209 was reported closed in both directions, for a few hours.
