BLOOMING GROVE TWP – Police have charged a Bushkill man, already under arrest for DUI, with harassment for allegedly kicking his brother in the head.  The incident happened Friday evening at the State Police barracks in Blooming Grove.

Police say the accused, Keith Maier, 36, had been charged with DUI earlier in the day.  His Brother, Craig, 35, went to the station to pick Keith up.  As Keith entered the vehicle, he allegedly kicked Craig in the back of the head. 

Keith Maier was issued a citation returnable in district court.
