NY woman arrested in bi-state drug investigation

PORT JERVIS – Law enforcement in New York and Pennsylvania have charged a Port Jervis woman with several drug related offenses following a joint investigation.  Mary White, 29, of 334 Fowler Street was arrested after police executed a no-knock search warrant at her apartment and seized drugs, cash and drug paraphernalia.

White was charged with being a fugitive from justice, criminal sale and possession of controlled substances and criminal possession of marijuana. Investigators seized 20 grams of powder and crack cocaine, 105 grams of marijuana, 176 assorted prescription pills, over $1,200 in cash, digital scales and packaging material.

Her arrest followed investigation into drug sales in Port Jervis, NY and Pike County, PA.

The investigation was conducted by the Pike County District Attorney’s Office,  the Eastern Pike Regional Police Department and Port Jervis Police.
