Pike County Court sentencing 

MILFORD – The following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen:

David Sperry, 20, of Matamoras, PA was sentenced to 3 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crimes of Possession of a Small Amount of Marihuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia. On September 30, 2011, on Rt 6 & 209 in Westfall Township, at a DUI checkpoint, Sperry was found in possession of a small amount of marihuana, crack, a scale, bong, numerous plastic baggies, and a grinder.

Justin Raia, 29, of Matamoras, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 30 days to 1 year, ordered to pay a fine of $300 and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crime of Possession of a Controlled substance. On August 30, 2011, in Matamoras Borough, Raia was found in possession of heroin.

Raymond Kresge, 42, of Gouldsboro, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 3 to 23 months, and ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 for the crimes of Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct. On April 13, 2011, in Greene Township, Kresge kicked another persons’ vehicle causing significant damage.

Jahmal White, 20, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $250 for the crime of Theft by Unlawful Taking. On August 27, 2011, in Lehman Township, White took a gold diamond bracelet from another person.

John Sevek, 22, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 48 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 1 year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On July 24, 2011, on SR 739 and Doolan Road in Delaware Township, Sevek was found to be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .109%.

Rhonda Covington, 41, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crime of Obstructing the Administration of Law. On October 25, 2010, in Lehman Township, Covington physically interfered with a Pennsylvania State Trooper while he was making a lawful arrest.

Kimberly Dillon, 32, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,500 and had her driver’s license suspended for 1 year for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence, Sale or Use of Noxious Solvents, and Accidents Involving Damage to Unattended Vehicles. On July 12, 2011, Dillon inhaled the compressed air from a can of Ultra Duster for the purpose of getting high. Dillon then drove her vehicle in Lehman Township, and was involved in an accident.

Ericka Gigi, 32, of Milford, PA was sentenced to the Intermediate Punishment Program for 2 years with 30 days of house arrest, and ordered to pay a fine of $100 for the crime of Simple Assault. On May 27, 2010, in Milford Township, Gigi struck another person in the face causing bodily injury.

Bernard Scott, 37, of Scranton, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 3 months to 1 year, ordered to pay a fine of $1,100 and had his driver’s license suspended for 1 year for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence and Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia. On September 4, 2011 in Matamoras Borough, Scott was found in possession of a plastic baggie and to be driving under the influence, be refused to submit to a chemical test to determine the amount of alcohol on his breath.
