TOBYHANNA – Police responded to an address in Pocono Country Place after receiving a report of an assault and a person being slashed.  The victim, Robert Keegan, 45, said the suspect, Morris Clark Jr., 26, of Tobyhanna, arrived at 2435 Winding Way and began slashing him with a sharp object.

Keegan was transported to a hospital for treatment, including stitches to his chin and neck.

A warrant was issued for Clark’s arrest.  The investigation continues. 

The incident happened on Tuesday.
