MILFORD - Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen issued the following criminal sentences: Donna Daddario, 40, of Shohola, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 6 to 23 months followed by an additional year of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $800 and had her driver’s license suspended for 1 year for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. On March 23, 2011 in Dingman Township, Daddario delivered 20 pills of Oxycodone, and a 1.6 gram Fentanyl patch to a confidential informant for $250. Steven Drumm, 19, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 33 days to 12 months, ordered to pay a fine of $2,100 and had his driver’s license suspended for 24 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence, and Accidents involving damage to Attended Vehicles. On July 24, 2011, at a DUI checkpoint in Matamoras Borough, Drumm was found be driving under the influence of marihuana. In a separate incident on August 25, 2011 in Matamoras Borough, Drumm struck another vehicle on Pennsylvania Ave. He was found to be driving under the influence and refused to submit to a chemical test to determine the amount of alcohol on his breath. David Williams, 25, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 30 days to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $750 and had his driver’s license suspended for 1 year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On July 24, 2011 Williams was stopped at a DUI checkpoint in Matamoras Borough and found to be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .159%. Fred Munger, Jr., 54, of Matamoras, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 11 to 23 ½ months and ordered to pay a fine of $350 for the crime of Theft by Unlawful Taking. On August 5 and 7, 2011, Munger took two dumbbells, and scrap metal from another person in Westfall Township. Joseph Baron, 22, of Milford, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $350 for the crime of Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia. On September 26, 2011, in Westfall Township, Baron was found in possession of glass marihuana pipe, and a plastic bag. Jordan Vazquez, 18, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility 1 to 12 months and ordered to pay a fine of $250 for the crime of Incendiary Devices. On August 23, 2011, Vazquez did make and possess two Molotov Cocktails in Lehman Township. Bryanna Rodriguez, 20, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $700 for the crimes of False Identification to Law Enforcement, Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Operating Privileges are Suspended. On September 25, 2010, in Westfall Township, Rodriguez was found in possession of a glass marihuana pipe, and was driving under a suspended license. She provided police with multiple false names and dates of birth while under investigation. Trevone Waxter, 27, of Milford, Pa was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 9 months to 3 years, and ordered to pay a fine of $500 for the crime of Criminal Trespass. On May 13, 2011, Waxter entered a building in Milford Borough by breaking the front door knowing he was not privileged to enter.
