STROUD TWP – An East Stroudsburg man will be charged after a crash that killed another driver. 

The crash happened about 2 a.m. on Interstate 80 east, on the Ninth Street exit ramp.  Police say a car and a pickup, both eastbound, collided, causing the pickup roll, killing the driver.

The name of the victim has not been released.

Police say the other driver, Lester Tucker, 49, of East Stroudsburg, will be charged with vehicular homicide while DUI.
