MIDDLE SMITHFIELD TWP – Medical issues apparently were a factor in the death of a woman and her fetus, found in a bathtub over the weekend.  Both had been dead for about a week, according to an autopsy.

Bibi Farrouq, 42, was found by her husband, in their weekend home in Pocono Forested Acres near Marshall’s Creek. 

A final determination on cause of death will come after toxicology results are available.
