STROUDSBURG – An online sting in by police in Monroe County helped police in New Jersey nab a man who thought he was propositioning a teen via the Internet.  The ‘teen’ was actually an undercover investigator, posing as a young girl.

Information developed during the investigation led police in Gloucester County NJ to arrest Harry Troupe Jr., 65, of Sewell NJ.  Sewell will be extradited to Monroe County.
