STROUDSBURG – A weekend drug sweep resulted in the arrest of one alleged drug dealer and a dozen others facing possession and other charges.  The sweep was conducted by the Monroe County Drug Task Force and the District Attorney’s office.

John Kelly Jr., 30, of Tobyhanna, was charged with possession with intent to deliver, and several other crimes.  Kelly is in the Monroe County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Police seized a large quantity of marijuana, more than $2,000 in cash, two vehicles and a loaded handgun.
