Matamoras man sentenced to prison for sexually abusing a child |

MILFORD - Bryan Condit, 52, of Matamoras, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 3 to 10 years, ordered to pay a fine of $500, and is required to register with Megan’s Law for 10 years once released from incarceration for the crime of Aggravated Indecent Assault. Between 2004 and 2006, in Matamoras Borough, Condit penetrated the genitals of a child with his fingers.
Several other criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen: Anne Narcini, 54, of New Egypt, NJ was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 30 days to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $5,000 and had her driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On December 3, 2011, in Milford Borough, Narcini was found to be driving under the influence. Her blood alcohol level was .159%. Peter Kling, 56, of Milford, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $300 and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. On August 27, 2007, Kling sold 1.8 grams of marihuana to an undercover detective for $50 in Dingman Township. Keith Evans, 50, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 1 year and 90 days to 5 years, ordered to pay a fine of $2,500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 30 months for the crimes of Driving under the Influence and Driving while Operating Privileges are Suspended. On August 29, 2011, on SR 390 in Greene Township, Evans was found to be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .227%, and his driver’s license was suspended from a previous DUI conviction. Samantha Whitehead, 26, of Freeland, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 30 days to 23 ½ months, ordered to pay a fine of $900 and had her driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crime of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. On September 12, 2007, January 19, 2008, and on April 18, 2008 Whitehead sold marihuana to a confidential informant in Dingman Township. Jason Quail, 25, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 7 to 15 days and ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crime of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On May 14, 2008, Quail was found in possession of plastic bags that were used for storing a controlled substance in Delaware Township. Taylor Talmadge, 18, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to 24 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $800 for the crimes of Defiant Trespass and Retail Theft. On January 17, 2012, Talmadge took an Energizer Power Play device without paying the full retail value of $19.96. In a separate incident in Westfall Township on January 19, 2012, Talmadge took a PS3 and two PS3 headsets without paying the full retail value of $89.88. Oscar Cruz, 30, of Moravia, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 3 to 23 months and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of Criminal Trespass. On November 4, 2007, Cruz broke into a business in Blooming Grove Township by smashing an exterior glass door, and damaging doors within the building.
