BLOOMING GROVE TWP – State police arrested a Pike County woman following a domestic incident that involved a handgun.

Police say a male and female got into an argument over the phone while he was driving to the residence they shared at 128 Country Club Road.  When the victim got home, Charlene Martinez allegedly walked out of the house with a gun, pointed it at the man and said she was going to kill him.  He then started to back out of the driveway.  Martinez allegedly threw the gun at the vehicle, breaking the windshield.

Martinez is charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering and criminal mischief.  She was freed without bail pending a hearing next Tuesday.
