LACKAWAXEN – A Mast Hope woman faces 30 criminal counts, including seven felonies, for using someone else’s credit card to pay several bills.  Catherine Santos, 47, was a friend of the victim.

Santos was arrested following a five-month investigation by state police.  She is charged with seven felony and 23 misdemeanor counts of access device fraud.

Santos surrendered to authorities a week ago, and is free on unsecured bail pending a preliminary hearing.
