Burglar gets up to four years in prison

MILFORD - Dillion Sullivan, 23, of Greentown, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 20 months to 4 years and ordered to pay a fine of $1,300  for the crimes of Burglary and Flight to Avoid Apprehension or Prosecution. In May 2012, Sullivan entered a residence in Greene Township by damaging a window. Once inside Sullivan took a 48 inch flat screen television and $15  in U.S. Currency. In a separate incident in May 2012 in Greene Township, Sullivan entered another residence and took two 26 inch Vizio televisions, a remote control, 40 inch Samsung television, and a 21 inch HP computer monitor. Sullivan then willfully hid from police knowing a warrant had been issued for his arrest.

 

Other criminal sentences issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen:

Jacqueline Tronosky, 30, of Greentown, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 6 to 18 months followed by an additional 6 months of probation, ordered to pay a fine of $500  and had her driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crimes of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Theft by Unlawful Taking. On December 7, 2011 in Greene Township, Tronosky sold .46 grams of heroin to an undercover police office. In a separate incident on December 11, 2011, Tronosky agreed to sell heroin to undercover police. She took $150  for the purchase of heroin, but never delivered the heroin as agreed upon.

Charles Wahnon, 20, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $500  for the crime of Access Device Fraud. In January 2012, in Blooming Grove Township, Wahnon used another person’s credit card to pay a Sprint Cellular Telephone bill without authorization from the owner.

David Pruitt, 31, of Scranton, PA was sentenced to 30 days to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $950  and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence, and a motor vehicle violation. On December 3, 2011, in Palmyra Township, Pruitt was found to be driving under the influence and without a driver’s license. His blood alcohol level was .117%.

John Booth, 39, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $700  for the crime of Simple Assault. On October 18, 2011, in Lehman Township, Booth struck another person in the head.

Salvatore Piccoli, 48, of Coventry, RI, was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 4 months and 22 days to 10 months, and ordered to pay a fine of  $100  for the crime of Unauthorized Use of an Automobile. On May 5, 2012, on Interstate 84 in Greene Township, Piccoli was found driving another person’s  vehicle without the owner’s permission.

Aaron Leitel, 19, of Bellefonte, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 1 to 23 months, ordered to pay a fine of $300  and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance. On July 8, 2012, on Interstate 84 in Blooming Grove Township, Leitel was in possession of marihuana with the intent to sell it.
