LOWER NAZARETH TWP – A Wayne County woman was charged with retail theft after allegedly trying to return a vacuum cleaner she had not paid for to a Walmart in Northampton County.  Loriann Graham, 41, of Newfoundland, apparently tried to get a cash refund.

Store security reportedly saw Graham put the vacuum in a shopping cart then take it to customer service.  When she could not produce a receipt, she tried to leave the store, but was detained by security.
