MILFORD – The following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen: Collin Lange, 33, of Hawley, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,075 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence and various motor vehicle code violations. On April 27, 2012, in Blooming Grove Township, Lange rear ended another vehicle and was found to be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .20%. Lydia Kovaleski, 20, of Greentown, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional facility for 48 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $700 and had her driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence and Underage Consumption of Alcohol. On March 11, 2012, in Greene Township, Kovaleski, being under the of 21, was found to be driving under the influence. Her blood alcohol level was .105%. Joseph Smith, 32, of Port Jerivs, NY was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of Theft by Unlawful Taking. On January 30, 2012, at the Millrift rail road tracks in Westfall Township, Smith took numerous rail road track connectors. Jamie Morris, 40, of Shohola, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and had her driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On March 5, 2012, in Shohola Township, Morris drove her vehicle off the road into a tree and was found to be driving under the influence. Her blood alcohol level was .30%. William Debree, 20, of Matamoras, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 48 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $500 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On April 4, 2012, in Matamoras Borough, Debree drove his vehicle off the road into a tree and was found to be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .134%. Wenzel Zaruba, 51, of Milford, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 30 days to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On March 24, 2012, in Lehman Township, Zaruba was found to be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .279%. David Lewis, 52, of Paupack, PA was sentenced to the Intermediate Punishment Program for 5 years with 30 days of incarceration and 90 days of electronic monitoring, ordered to pay a fine of $1,800 and had his driver’s license suspended for 18 months for the crime of Driving Under the Influence and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. On August 7, 2011, in Palmyra Township, Lewis found to be driving under the influence and in possession of a marihuana pipe. His blood alcohol level was .30%. |
