CHESTNUTHILL TWP – Police have charged an Effort man with attempted murder after he allegedly shot his half-brother Thursday morning.    Police say Marcel Gibbs, 23, shot Kenneth Riddick, 29, several times following an argument in their home. 

A neighbor took Reddick to a nearby ambulance company.  He was eventually flown to a hospital in Bethlehem.
