PCLP opens new Westfall operations center

WESTFALL TWP - Pike County Light & Power Company is opening a new operations center here, a move designed to improve the Company’s service to its customers.   The new Westfall Operations Center is located at 105 Schneider Lane at the intersection of Route 6 & 209, right next to the Luhrs Ace Hardware Store.

As a result, the PCLP Customer Service operation now located on 311 Broad Street in Milford is scheduled to be relocated to the new Operations Center. The Broad Street location will close at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 19. The office will open at its new Westfall location on Monday, Oct. 22 at 8:00 a.m. The Field Operations crews already have been relocated to Westfall from Port Jervis where the Operations Center there has been closed.

“This new operations center will make it easier for our customers to do business with us, and for us to respond to customer needs”, O&R President and CEO Bill Longhi said. “That business can range from a customer’s paying a bill, asking a question or reporting a service issue to our crews’ performing regular system maintenance, responding to emergencies or fighting storms.”

The new Operations Center will not only serve PCL&P customers in Pennsylvania, but will also serve customers in the adjacent New York and New Jersey region where PCL&P’s parent company, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc, does business as Orange and Rockland Utilities (N.Y.) and Rockland Electric Company (N.J.).
