COOLBAUGH TWP – Police arrested a man who admitted making a pipe bomb.  The man’s father called police Monday afternoon.

James Arnold III reportedly admitted making the bomb in the garage of his father’s home on Sunnyside Drive in a Pocono Country Place.  He faces multiple charges including making weapons of mass destruction, a felony.

A police bomb squad safely detonated the device.
