KIDDER TWP – Police have made an arrest in the death of a Newark NJ man found buried in Carbon County, near the Monroe County line, earlier this week.  Michael Rhubart, 28, is charged with criminal homicide and other crimes and is in the Monroe County Correctional Facility without bail. 

An autopsy showed that Jubar Hughes, 33, was killed by a shotgun blast to the head. 

Police have not released details on what they believe happened.
