HONESDALE - The final months of the year not only usher in the holidays and a bustling shopping season but also cold weather.  Many adults and children struggle during the winter months because they are unable to afford proper cold-weather attire, especially in today’s economy. Honesdale Rotary believes this year, your coast donations could matter more than ever.  Donate your clean, usable winter coats and jackets to the Rotary’s Winter Woolies Coat Drive, October 28th through November 10th.  

Look for specially marked bins for your donations at four collection sites in Honesdale:  Apple Day Spa, Grace Episcopal Church, R3 Hardware, and The Honesdale National Bank’s Main Street branch. 

Help make the cold winter months more bearable for those in need.  Honesdale Rotary thanks you for your support.  The club meets every Tuesday at 12 noon at Cordaro’s Restaurant in Honesdale. All are welcome.
