BLOOMING GROVE TWP – A Shohola man, stopped for speeding on Route 6, is facing a long list of charges after police found marijuana and paraphernalia in the car. 

Police initially stopped Ryan Stout, 21, for doing 82 mph in a 55 mph zone, and for passing several vehicles near the crest of a hill. 

The incident happened last May 28.  State police revealed the charges this week.
