Bianco

STROUDSBURG – A Jackson Township man was arrested Tuesday afternoon following an undercover online sex sting conducted by the Monroe County Office of the District Attorney, Detective Division.

Frank Bianco, 37, was posing as an 18 year old female on the social networking site, MeetMe.com (formerly myYearbook.com), when he sent a private message on the website to a 15 year old female asking if she would have sex for money.  That 15 year old girl was actually an undercover detective who specializes in investigating the online sexual exploitation of children and is a member of the Pennsylvania Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Using that fake profile, Bianco sent the detective several additional messages claiming that a 26 year old male wanted to pay the 15 year old girl for sex, and sent Detective Webbe the male’s cell phone number.  That cell phone belonged to Frank Bianco. 

When the detective contacted Bianco on his cell phone, Bianco asked the “girl” to send him nude photographs of herself.  Arrangements were then made with Bianco to meet with the girl and trade $100 for sex.  When Bianco arrived to meet the girl, he was arrested by County Detectives.

Bianco faces charges of attempted statutory sexual assault, attempted aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and other related charges.
