Pike County Court sentences

MILFORD – The following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Gregory Chelak:

Phillip Jonathan Monaco, 21, of Port Jervis, NY, was sentenced to 55 days to 12 months in the Pike County Jail and fined $200 for Retail Theft.  Monaco took merchandise totaling $264.64 from a retail store in Westfall Township on November 29, 2018, without paying the full retail value of the merchandise.

Daniel Joseph Bilach, 35, of Dingmans Ferry, PA, was sentenced to a fine of $300 for Harassment.  During a domestic dispute on December 10, 2018, Bilach struck, shoved, kicked and/or threatened to strike, shove and kick an individual at his residence in Dingman Township.

Jasmine Shea Vonsee, 29, of Dingmans Ferry, PA, was sentenced to 5 days to 3 months in the Pike County Jail, fined $300 and had her driver’s license suspended for 6 months for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  The state police responded to a residence in Delaware Township on March 8, 2017, where it was reported Vonsee was residing.  There was an outstanding warrant for Vonsee’s arrest.  Vonsee was found in possession of Suboxone for which she did not have a prescription.
