Second Natal murder suspect arraigned

STROUDSBURG – Myles White is back in Monroe County, and was quickly arraigned on charges related to the January 15 murder of Blake Natal.  White, 21, of Smithfield Township, is the second suspect charged in the murder itself.

White was arrested by federal agents in New York City last week, several days after the first suspect, Ralph Maldonado, 33, of Scranton.  According to court documents, Maldonado claims White actually killed Natal, by chocking him with a towel.

Natal, 22, of Tobyhanna, apparently was a random victim of a robbery, early the morning of January 15, in the parking lot of the Quality Inn on West Main Street.

White and Maldonado are both being held without bail.

Maldonado’s mother and girlfriend face separate charges alleging they used Natal’s credit cards in retail stores, just hours after the murder.
