Visci

HONESDALE – John Visci is heading to prison for up to ten years.  Visci was sentenced for his guilty plea to stealing more than #33,000 from American Legion Post 254.

He was sentenced to a term of from 23 months to 10 years, and ordered to fully repay the $33,000.

According to prosecutors, Visci served as a commander of the post and wrote out checks, cashing them himself to pay personal expenses, including child support.
