Man, sleeping in daughter’s bedroom, lied about identity

TOBYHANNA – A man, found sleeping in teenage girl's bedroom, faces a charge false identification, and several drug-related charges

Police received a call from the girl’s foster mother, and responded to the home on Boardwalk Drive, where the woman advised them her foster daughter, 17, had an unidentified male sleeping in her bedroom. 

Police asked the male for identification.  He claimed he had none, but later told police his name was Mamadou Diallo and he was 19 years old.  Police later determined he was actually 22. 

Police also found two bags of marijuana,  Diallo admitted there were his.

Diallo is charged false identification,  possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
