BARRETT TOWNSHIP – Police say a Stroudsburg woman, apparently drunk, was caught using a hammer to smash a window at a Barrett Township apartment Tuesday. 

Sally Martin, 57, was charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.  She is in the Monroe county jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
