EAST STROUDSBURG – Both westbound lanes of Interstate 80 were closed for about an hour and a half following a rear-end tractor-trailer crash Tuesday afternoon.  The accident happened about 2:20 p.m., when a one rig slowed down for traffic and was hit in the rear by another.  ‘

The accident caused a small oil and fuel spill, which required about 90 minutes to clean up.  Traffic was diverted onto Routes 209 and 611, in an area that is congested under normal conditions.

Both truck drivers were from out fo state.  One was taken to Pocono Medical Center with minor injuries.
