MILFORD – A Milford woman, arrested three separate times for drunk driving, over a six-month period will spend up to ten years in a prison.  Heather Almodoval, 39, was sentenced in Pike County Court, to 15 months and 2 days to 10½ years in a state prison

First on January 22, 2009 on SR 739, Almodoval drove her vehicle off the road, with a blood alcohol level of .151%. Then on February 28, 2009 on SR 402, Almodoval was found under the influence of alcohol parked along the road with her keys in the ignition, she refused to give a breath sample to determine her blood alcohol level. The last time on June 8, 2009 on I-84, Almodoval, was again parked on the shoulder of the road with her vehicle running; her blood alcohol level was .219%.
