CHESTNUTHILL TWP – A passerby found the body of a motorcyclist, and his bike, Sunday morning, along Route 715.  Police have since identified the victim as Michael Frantz, 19, of Effort. 

Police apparently have little to go on.  There are no known witnesses to the accident.
