Four hurt, including three children, in rush hour accident

STROUDSBURG – A woman and three children were flown to a hospital following an accident in downtown Stroudsburg, Monday morning.

Police say it appears Immy Moustafa, 32, of Stroudsburg, turned her minivan from Bryant Street, onto Broad Street, colliding with a southbound tractor trailer.  Debris from the accident reportedly was strewn for half a block.

The four victims had to be extracted from the mangled minivan.  All four were flown to Lehigh Valley Hospital, with serious injuries.
