LEHMAN TOWNSHIP – Police have charged a Saw Creek Estates man after finding nine marijuana plants growing in a front window of his residence.   Serafin Burset faces unspecified charges.

The Saw Creek Public Safety Department contacted state police after noticing the plants in a third floor window at 148 Wikes Road.  Police went to the home and arrested Burset after confirming the presence of the plants.

Burset was arraigned and faces a preliminary hearing at a later date.,
