Road rage leads to stabbing

WESTFALL TOWNSHIP – A road rage incident that began in Port Jervis NY ended across the river with a stabbing in Westfall Township.

Eastern Pike Regional Police Department responded to a 911 call at McDonalds in Westfall Township, Sunday evening.  The caller reported that he had passed a vehicle in Port Jervis, New York which apparently angered the driver who followed Russell Hooton, 41, of Lindhurst New York, into Pennsylvania where he was confronted by James Ordway, 21, of Port Jervis, and James Orway Sr., 40, of Port Jervis along with Korn Fauve, 19 of Port Jervis.  While they were stopped at a red light, a fight ensued leading to both Odways being stabbed.

Charges are pending.
