MILFORD -  Nathan Krape, Dingmans Ferry, was sentenced a term of three to six years for an accident that left a passenger in his car dead.  Krape, 23, pled guilty to homicide by motor vehicle while driving under the influence, related to the June 2007 accident.

Krape drove his vehicle off the road in Sunrise Lakes Estates, causing severe injuries to the Danielle Carmen that resulted in her death. Krape was found to be driving under the combination of alcohol and marihuana.

Krape also must pay a fine of $5,000, lose his driver license for three years and is ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $ 10,300.00.
