Pike County Court sentencing  

MILFORD - Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin announced the Following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen:

Joseph Scurto, 24, of Lords Valley, PA, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 9 to 23 months followed by one year of probation, pay a fine of $500.00, and is ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $750.00 for the crime of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. On June 12, 2008, Scurto agreed with Daniel Adsit, and George Sanford Jr., that they would enter the home of the victim and take his money. Scurto and his co-defendants entered the home of the victim and forcibly removed money from the victim’s pocket.

Trina Scott, 34, of Port Jervis, NY, was sentenced to 12 months of probation and to pay a fine of $250.00 for the crime of Retail Theft. On January 20, 2008, Scott entered the K-Mart in Westfall Township and took an assortment of merchandise with the intent to deprive K-Mart without paying the full retail of $250.32.

Angelo Camisa, 44, of Flushing, NY, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 72 hours to 6 months, pay a fine of $1,000.00, and had his driver license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On October 15, 2008, Camisa, was stopped in Westfall Township and found to be under the influence of alcohol, Camisa then refused to consent to a chemical test to determine his blood alcohol content.

Jessica Schotter, 27, of Tobyhanna, PA, was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 20 months to 5 years, pay a fine of $800.00 and is ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $343.05, for the crimes of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, and Endangering the Welfare of Children. On April 2, 2008, Schotter, agreed with her co-defendant Michael Razny that they would rob the Subway Restaurant located in Green Township. Schotter was the driver after Razny robbed the Subway Restaurant with a sawed off shotgun.  At the time the robbery Schotter had her four year old son present.

Raven Conklin, 26, of Matamoras, PA, was sentenced to probation for one year, pay a fine of $300.00 and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $317.96 for the crime of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft. On June 28, 2008, Conklin entered the Wal-Mart located in Westfall Township and conspired with her co-defendants Katie Pelton, and Kristie Hemion to commit retail theft.

Antonio Delia, 27, of Dingmans Ferry, PA, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 76 days to 6 months, pay a fine of $500.00 and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $8,092.00 for the crime of Theft by Unlawful Taking. From June 2007 to January 2009, Delia, took $8,092.00 from the Pike County Licensing Center locating in Milford Borough.

Katie Pelton, 22, of Port Jervis, NY, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 4 to 23 months and pay a find of $300.00 for the crime of Retail Theft. On January 20, 2009, Pelton, entered Wal-Mart in Westfall Township, and took $49.46 worth of merchandise without paying full retail value.

Joseph Krumpfer, 50, of Montague, NJ, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 90 day to 5 years, pay a fine of $1,500.00 and had his driver’s license suspended for 18 month for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On February, 29, 2008, Krumpfer was pulled over at West Harford Street in Milford, PA. His blood alcohol content was .164%.

Jason Baehr, 22 of Bushkill, PA, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 23 days to 18 months followed by two years of probation, and ordered to pay a fine of            $1,000.00 for the crimes of Simple Assault, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person. On June 1, 2008, Baehr threatened a Saw Creek Public Safety Officer with a 38 inch long sword, holding the sword over his head to indicate he was going to swing it at the officer. A Public Safety Officer was forced to draw his weapon until Baehr finally dropped his sword.
