WESTFALL TOWNSHIP – A Westtown NY man drowned in the Delaware River Saturday. Bien-Amie lost his footing and both men were swept into deeper water. The friend attempted to help Bien-Amie, who was a poor swimmer, but became exhausted and had to swim to shore and call for help, police said Monday.
